We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Yoga teacher at our dynamic surf camp in Sri Lanka. As a yoga teacher at our surf camp, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience by providing yoga sessions that complement their surfing activities. You will create a welcoming and supportive environment for guests to relax, rejuvenate, and improve their flexibility, strength, and mental focus.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Daily Yoga Sessions: Lead daily yoga classes tailored to the needs of surfers, focusing on stretching, flexibility, core strength, and relaxation.

Customized Yoga Programs: Develop and offer specialized yoga programs that cater to different levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Incorporate surf-specific yoga techniques to help improve balance, flexibility, and overall surfing performance.

Guest Interaction and Support: Engage with guests to understand their individual needs and goals, offering personalized guidance and adjustments during sessions. Be available to answer any questions related to yoga, mindfulness, and wellness.

Class Environment Management: Ensure the yoga space is clean, organized, and conducive to a positive experience. Manage the inventory of yoga mats, props, and other equipment, ensuring everything is in good condition.

Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other team members, including surf instructors and social hosts, to create a cohesive and supportive environment for guests. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the overall guest experience.

Expected Work:

• 1 x Drop-in Yoga lesson from Monday to Friday 60min
• 1 x Additional Yoga lesson 90min  Monday to Friday upon request (for guests that book the Yoga Package)
• Workshops or other services can be discussed on commission base.

Availability

We are seeking a yoga teacher for the following periods.

• From mid-April 2025 onwards
