About Waiwas Hostel
Waiwas Hostel is a lifestyle-focused hostel in Lombok, welcoming a community of travellers interested in yoga, surf, and island living. The space blends movement, adventure, and social connection, creating a vibrant environment for guests from around the world.

The Role
We are looking for a committed and creative Yoga Teacher & Social Media Manager to join Waiwas Hostel for a long-term position (1 year or more). This is a commission-based role suited to someone who enjoys both teaching and building a brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching regular yoga classes for guests
• Supporting surf-related activities and engaging with the surf community
• Managing and growing the hostel’s social media presence
• Creating engaging content to attract new clients and guests within the yoga and surf niche
• Actively promoting classes, experiences, and the Waiwas lifestyle

What We’re Looking For

• Certified yoga teacher with surf knowledge or experience
• Strong interest in social media marketing and content creation
• Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand
• Self-motivated, reliable, and open to committing for one year or longer
• Passion for community-based living and travel hospitality

Contract & Compensation

• Duration: 1 year or longer
• Start Date: ASAP
• Payment: Commission-based
  • €700–€1,200 per week, depending on the number of clients you bring in

Food & Accommodation

• Food at your own expense
• Free dinner provided at the hostel (shared with guests)
• Accommodation available on-site at the hostel if desired

Visa

• Visa sponsorship provided for a 1-year visa
• Visa-related expenses are the responsibility of the candidate
