We're Surf and Yoga Fuerteventura, and we're looking for a passionate, experienced yoga teacher to join our retreat team in sunny Fuerteventura starting late April or early May for an inspiring season. If you love teaching, community living and the ocean, this could be the perfect fit.

Your role will centre around teaching daily yoga classes and workshops for our guests, while also supporting the broader flow of the retreat. That includes helping with housekeeping, guest room prep, keeping spaces tidy, and assisting with kitchen duties including meal prep. If you have a love for photography and content creation, there's also the opportunity to help us capture and share the retreat vibe.

The minimum commitment is three months, with longer stays very welcome. In exchange, we offer shared accommodation at the retreat villa, access to all retreat facilities including surfboards and yoga materials, space to teach your own classes (including online), meals included, discounts on massages, Reiki, surf lessons and more, and extra earnings from special workshops and offerings outside of your exchange schedule.

We're looking for someone who is hands on, passionate about yoga, and ready to share their skills while being part of a warm, ocean side community.
