We're Surf and Yoga Fuerteventura, a vibrant retreat set in a cosy Canarian villa between El Cotillo and Lajares, surrounded by the moon landscape of the island and close to all the best surf spots in the north. We create immersive experiences that blend surf, yoga and community for guests from all over the world.

We're looking for a hands on, proactive Yoga Teacher and Retreat Operations Lead to join our team starting late April or early May, ideally for around six months. You'll be part of the team from the calm season, getting familiar with operations before the high season begins. This is a role that combines teaching yoga classes and workshops with supporting the day to day flow of the retreat, from assisting facilitators and managing guest experiences to helping maintain tidy, welcoming spaces and supporting basic booking management.

We need someone who thrives in a surf and yoga community lifestyle, has a hands on mentality with strong problem solving skills, communicates clearly and professionally with guests and partners, and can plan, organise and prioritise effectively. Fluent English is required and Spanish is a plus.

In return, we offer onsite accommodation and meals, free access to yoga and surf lessons, a supportive community driven work environment, and monetary compensation via invoice (freelancer status required).
