Isla Experience is a remote glamping island located in Darocotan, El Nido, Palawan. We offer conscious, off-grid island living rooted in simplicity, nature, and community. Our space welcomes travelers seeking meaningful connection, slow living, and authentic experiences surrounded by sea, sunsets, and island life.

The Role
We are looking for a passionate Yoga Teacher to join our small island team through a work-trade exchange. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sharing yoga in nature and contributing positive energy to a close-knit island community.

What We’re Looking For

• Certified yoga teacher or experienced yoga practitioner
• Comfortable teaching mixed-level group sessions
• Positive, open-minded, and community-oriented
• Bonus: interest in content creation, photography, or social media

Responsibilities

• Offer daily or regular yoga sessions for guests and team
• Support a welcoming and conscious community atmosphere
• Engage with guests as part of the overall island experience

Island Living Includes

• Accommodation and meals provided
• Remote island lifestyle (hot, sandy, simple & beautiful)
• Limited electricity and island-style comfort
• Ocean swims, sunsets, and slow living
