Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Yoga Teacher to join our team at CC’s Hideaway Retreat. The candidate will need to have expertise in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Ideally certified in any additional styles like Ashtanga, Restorative, Aerial Yoga, Breathwork, and any other yoga style.

• Conduct daily group yoga classes on the Yoga Rooftop and at Andaman Yoga Academy
• Conduct private classes on request for different levels of students
• Develop and implement class plans that cater to various skill levels and abilities
• Assisting in designing and implementing our wellness programs, workshops, and classes
• Delivering outstanding customer service, and providing expert wellness advice
• Offering consultations about retreat programs to guests upon their arrival
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events and retreats
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space
• Helping to drive our marketing initiatives and managing social media content
• Collecting and acting upon guest feedback to continually enhance our offerings
• Potentially offering workshops or other activities based on candidate expertise

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• 300 hrs+ Teacher Training certificate by Yoga Alliance
• Additional certification in yoga instruction or a related field is a plus
• At least 2 years experience as a yoga teacher
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• A deep passion for yoga, holistic wellness, and healthy lifestyle
