🌿 Yoga Teacher Wanted – Surf & Soul Retreat in Portugal 🌊

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Yoga Teacher to join the Surf Spirit retreat team in beautiful Portugal. Here, yoga is just as central as surfing—and we’re seeking someone who can hold powerful, professional classes while creating meaningful moments for our guests on and off the mat.

About the Role:
As our resident yoga teacher, you’ll guide daily classes for a mix of beginners and experienced yogis, offering dynamic (Vinyasa/Hatha) and Yin sessions. You’ll help guests feel safe, supported, and inspired—meeting them where they are and helping them grow.

Beyond teaching, you’ll be a core part of the retreat experience: sharing meals, connecting with guests, and contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This is a role for someone who thrives in community and loves being immersed in nature.

You’ll Need To:

• Be certified in an active yoga style (Vinyasa, Hatha, etc.) and Yin Yoga
• Have 3+ years of teaching experience
• Confidently teach classes of up to 20 students
• Speak and teach fluent English
• Be available for a minimum 5-month stay
• Comfortably teach all levels, from total beginners to advanced yogis
• Be able to guide meditation and bring mindfulness into your teaching
• Take responsibility for setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the yoga space
• Be sociable, enthusiastic, and energized by spending time with people
• Have a Class B (international) driving license
• Enjoy living and working in nature (we’re remote and peaceful—ideal for those who love simplicity and connection)
