Meet the founder

Roxy began her journey in corporate London, finding balance through early-morning yoga and evening classes she taught after earning her certification. A chapter teaching in the Maldives opened her eyes to something bigger in the beauty of this work, and also how challenging it can be for wellness professionals to find aligned, fairly paid opportunities. Driven to change that, she founded Wellsphere - a platform designed to support wellness talent with access to ethical roles, global opportunities, and a community that believes purpose and fair pay can (and should) coexist. Her mission is simple: Wellness professionals transform lives, and they deserve to build sustainable ones in return.
