Yoga Teacher, Guest Relation & Assistant Manager for Yoga Retreat Center

We are seeking a certified Yoga Instructor who can not only teach yoga but also offer holistic lifestyle support. This role involves living and working closely with us and our guests, providing a supportive and harmonious environment and creating a magical and transformative yoga holiday.

SEASON OPENING: 18.04.2025 until November

There will be two yoga teachers with whom you share the responsibilities and classes to teach.

• Morning Vinyasa or Hatha Flow (dynamic), one hour
• Evening Yin or Slow Flow, Somatic (relaxing), one hour
• Hosting  30 minutes meditation class in the early morning, for example Vipassana, Pranayama, Dynamic Meditation, Osho Style…
• Every second day one workshop like breathwork, philosophy, ayurveda, ceremonies, mindfulness, sound healing, mantra chanting, etc…
• if you have any qualifications as Reiki healer or massage therapist, you can earn some extra money with your skills (25€ per session)
• Most of all, you have to create a welcoming, peaceful and nurturing atmosphere for our guests, so they feel emotionally seen and cared for
• Help with check-ins and check-outs, showing them around, explain package and be the contact person on site if guests need help or anything else
• Accompany our guests for activities outside, like SUP, kite surf (take pictures) or excursions
• Join our guests for breakfast and dinner nights and provide companionship throughout the day

*** You will have one day off per week and we will compensate you for your help with free accommodation and food, as well as 5 € per student per class. ***

It would be nice to work together with you for a long time – or even every season. If we see after a trial period of 2 weeks that we are a harmonious team, we can create ideas and visions together, so The Place can grow and thrive as a community with you!

Desired skills

• Minimum 500 hours YTT and teaching experience for more than one year in in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin
• You should be able to guide some of the extra workshops and meditations as mentioned above
• Additional skills like Reiki, massage therapist, etc are very welcome
• You should be a friendly and optimistic person who likes to stay with people in a community
• Work independently and responsible
• Fluent in English language
• We are looking for a clean and organised team member
