The Role

As our Yoga/Pilates Teacher & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll wear two hats: leading high-quality fitness classes and driving our local marketing efforts. You’ll be based across our London studios, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching (50% of your role):

• Lead 10 classes per week in your area of expertise (Yoga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, or Barre).
• Deliver exceptional, client-focused sessions, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all levels.
• Assist with studio duties, including setting up for classes, supporting the reception team, and maintaining a clean, organised space.

Marketing Coordination (50% of your role):

• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to boost class attendance and promote events.
• Manage the studio’s social media accounts, creating dynamic content, building a strong online presence and engaging with our community.
• Creating high quality print and digital advertising materials for in-studio, social media, app, website and email marketing
• Carry out a wide range of marketing administration tasks, including updating our internal documents in line with brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to align on brand standards and larger marketing strategies.
• Track the performance of marketing initiatives, providing feedback and insights to optimise future efforts.

About You

• We’re looking for a versatile, self-motivated individual who is as passionate about teaching as they are about marketing. Here’s what we think makes a great fit:
• Qualified Instructor: You’re a certified Yoga, Pilates, Reformer, or Barre teacher with at least 200 hours of teaching experience.
• Bachelors Degree or higher.
• Marketing Enthusiast: You have experience with social media management, content creation, and planning marketing campaigns.
• Tech savvy: You work smarter, not harder. You constantly are on the lookout for tools to level up our internal efficiency. Familiarity with tools like NetGym, LoyalSnap, WordPress, Microsoft 365, MindBody, CapCut, is a plus.
• Client-Focused: You love connecting with clients, remembering names, and creating a positive, community-oriented atmosphere whether that be in the DMs or in studio.
• Organised & Efficient: You manage your time well and can juggle teaching responsibilities with marketing duties. Event management experience is a bonus!
• Team Player: You’re willing to pitch in with studio tasks and support your colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
• Growth-Minded: You’re excited about being part of our expansion and eager to help grow our brand presence.
• Creative flair: you have an eye for detail when creating Marketing materials and know your way around Canva. If you’re an Adobe Creative Suite graphic design whizz that’s a bonus!
