We're expanding our team at Blue Chitta Koh Tao and looking for an experienced Yoga Manager to oversee our yoga program and lead our growing community.

Your Role:

• Take full responsibility for all yoga activities, scheduling, and classes
• Manage and support our team of yoga teachers and wellness practitioners
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences in line with Blue Chitta’s ethos
• Collaborate on workshops, retreats, and community events
• Maintain strong operational standards and foster a positive team culture

About You:

• Experienced yoga professional with management or leadership background
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Passionate about yoga, holistic wellness, and community-building
• Ready for a long-term commitment living in Koh Tao
