Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily yoga classes and private sessions for guests of all levels.
• Design and deliver wellness programs that reflect luxury-resort standards.
• Provide outstanding guest service, encourage wellbeing, and create meaningful experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming yoga and wellness environment.
• Collaborate with the wellness team on themed sessions and wellness initiatives.
• Support light spa or wellness duties when required.

Key Competencies

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury resort.
• Strong knowledge of yoga techniques, fitness principles, and wellness practices.
• Hands-on experience in internationally recognized massage techniques is an added advantage.
• High physical fitness, stamina, and endurance to conduct multiple sessions daily while maintaining professionalism and energy.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Passion for guest service; positive, self-motivated, and goal driven.
• Previous remote living or island experience is highly desirable.
