The Role
JOALI Maldives is seeking a passionate and inspiring Yoga Instructor to deliver elevated yoga and holistic wellness experiences aligned with the brand’s luxury standards and five-star service philosophy. This role plays a key part in shaping memorable guest journeys while contributing to the overall success of the Spa & Wellness Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality yoga and mindful meditation sessions tailored to luxury resort guests
• Create meaningful, engaging, and transformative wellness experiences
• Actively contribute to yoga and holistic service revenue through program recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling
• Support sales targets set by the Spa & Wellness Manager
• Uphold JOALI Maldives’ luxury service standards and brand values at all times

Requirements

• Certified Yoga Instructor with a strong understanding of various yoga styles and mindful meditation techniques
• Knowledge of Aerial Yoga is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in a luxury spa, resort, or wellness environment preferred
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to confidently upsell and cross-promote services
• Professional, well-presented, and aligned with luxury hospitality standards
• Proficiency in one or more European languages is an advantage when working with an international clientele
