About the role
You will lead daily yoga and meditation practices within a serene, retreat-focused environment. The center blends traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with meditation practices inspired by the Buddhist tradition, offering guests a grounded, supportive, and immersive experience. As a founding instructor, you’ll also support guests in navigating their practice journey and contribute to the overall atmosphere of calm, clarity, and intentionality.

Key responsibilities

• Teach morning and evening yoga classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin practices
• Lead meditation sessions aligned with the retreat’s philosophy
• Support guests in their practice, helping them choose suitable sessions
• Assist with light guest relations and center operations
• Contribute to a collaborative, respectful team environment

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years teaching experience with strong personal practice
• Certifications in recognized yoga traditions
• Fluent English communication
• Emotional stability and resilience for remote, immersive retreat life
• Commitment to integrate fully with a small, dedicated team
