Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead daily yoga classes (indoor, outdoor, beachside, or within the wellness center)
• Adapt sessions according to guests’ experience levels and physical abilities
• Provide guidance on breathing techniques, relaxation, and basic meditation practices
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all participants during classes
• Maintain a professional, kind, and discreet approach, delivering exceptional service to every guest
• Collaborate with the hotel’s wellness and spa team to integrate yoga into the broader wellness program
• Maintain cleanliness and order of practice spaces, ensuring proper use and storage of equipment
• Contribute to the creation of additional programs (detox packages, wellness weekends, themed workshops)

What We Expect From You:

• Completed yoga teacher training (minimum 200-hour certification)
• Previous experience working in hotels, wellness centers, or luxury resorts is an advantage
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm, empathetic, and professional presence with guests
• Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and evenings
• Basic knowledge of wellness philosophy and a healthy lifestyle
