About Pahili
Pahili Pool Villas is a serene wellness space on Koh Phangan, offering guests a nature-driven environment to relax, move, and recharge. We are expanding our wellness team and are looking for a dedicated Yoga & Gym Assistant to support our instructors and enhance the guest experience.

The Role
As a Yoga & Gym Assistant, you will support daily wellness activities and help maintain a calm, welcoming, and safe environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist instructors and guests during yoga and gym sessions
• Guide guests with correct posture and movements when needed
• Prepare and reset the studio before and after classes
• Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming space
• Support basic bookings and guest inquiries

Who We’re Looking For

• Thai national, female
• Well-presented, professional, friendly, and reliable
• Comfortable working in a wellness environment
• Able to communicate in English and Thai
• Yoga or fitness certification is a plus
• Experience with yoga practice and gym equipment
