Desa Potato Head is seeking an experienced and passionate Yoga Experience Leader to deliver meaningful wellbeing experiences within a unique hospitality and cultural environment in Bali, Indonesia. Role Overview

The Yoga Experience Leader is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality yoga and holistic wellbeing programs that inspire guests and members of the Potato Head Family. The role supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of yoga experiences, workshops, retreats, and wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver inspiring yoga and holistic wellbeing sessions (group, private, and special programs)
• Design and support wellbeing programs that create meaningful experiences for guests and team members
• Support the planning and smooth execution of workshops, retreats, and wellness initiatives
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming studio environment in line with health, safety, and quality standards
• Guide and mentor participants in their practice, tracking attendance and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve programs through innovation and shared learning

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Certified Yoga Instructor with strong knowledge of yoga techniques, anatomy, and class sequencing
• 3–5 years’ experience teaching yoga or delivering wellbeing programs, ideally within hospitality or wellness environments
• Warm, engaging communicator with a genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and holistic wellbeing
• Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
