Yoga West is a sanctuary for movement and connection, conveniently located in downtown Napa. We welcome students from all walks of life with our diverse class offerings ranging from heart-pumping power flows to alignment-based hatha to restorative meditations.

In addition to group classes, we can also provide one-on-one sessions and host private groups and events. Whether you want to go deeper into your practice with individual instruction or begin your Napa vacation morning with an energizing vinyasa followed by mimosas and snacks, we’ve got you covered!
