The Role
We are seeking a systems-minded, analytical, and hands-on Technical Growth Lead to own and optimise our end-to-end growth infrastructure. This is a fractional, remote position (approx. 20 hours per week) focused on building predictable revenue systems, strengthening lifecycle marketing, and creating clear performance visibility across the business.
You will connect brand, data, and customer experience ensuring reliable funnel tracking from awareness to repeat booking and help us scale sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Lifecycle Ownership
- Own funnel mechanics from awareness → lead → nurture → booking → repeat
- Build and optimise lifecycle journeys in ActiveCampaign
- Improve segmentation, tagging, automation, and data hygiene
- Plan and launch lead magnets and retention campaigns
- Support referral and loyalty programme development
CRM & Tech Stack Management
- Own and optimise ActiveCampaign workspace
- Manage integrations across website, WeTravel, CRM, analytics, and reporting tools
- Implement tracking standards (UTMs, event tracking)
- Maintain clean documentation and scalable workflows
Performance & Reporting
- Build dashboards (e.g. Looker Studio) across website → CRM → bookings
- Establish measurable baselines for core KPIs
- Produce weekly Growth Pulse reports and monthly Growth Reviews
- Translate data into actionable insights and experiments
- Improve CPA/LTV attribution over time using practical tracking proxies
Booking & Operations Systems
- Optimise WeTravel usage
- Improve handoffs between growth, bookings, and delivery
- Reduce manual processes through system design
- Maintain reporting consistency across tools
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong lifecycle marketing and CRM expertise (ActiveCampaign highly desirable)
- Proven systems mindset with end-to-end funnel thinking
- Experience running growth campaigns and building automations
- Analytical capability to build dashboards and interpret performance data
- Hands-on builder comfortable configuring and troubleshooting tools
- Experience delivering measurable revenue or retention improvements
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with retreats or lifestyle brands
- Experience in B Corp or purpose-led organisations
- Background in growth ops, revenue ops, or lifecycle marketing

Working Arrangements & Compensation
- Remote
- Approx. 20 hours per week (occasionally up to 30 during launches)
- Weekly team meetings (UK time)
- £35–40 per hour depending on experience
- 15% commission on first sales outside the mailing list
- Access to growth marketing and sustainability training
This is a freelance, project-based engagement operating as an independent contractor.
