📍 Heart Space – Yoga & Holistic Studio, Ubud
We’re looking for a warm and reliable Studio Assistant to help us create a peaceful and welcoming space for our guests.
Your main tasks:
• Welcome guests with a smile 😊
• Handle payments (cash & QR)
• Answer WhatsApp messages and emails
• Assist guests with bookings and class information
• Use our booking system (check-ins, reschedules, etc.)
• Set up and clean the studio (mats, bolsters, incense)
You are:
• Friendly, confident, and organized
• Speak and write *fluent English*
• Open to flexible hours (mornings/evenings)
• Ideally familiar with yoga or holistic spaces
