We're Hiring: Studio Assistant

Start: As soon as possible
📍 Heart Space – Yoga & Holistic Studio, Ubud
We’re looking for a warm and reliable Studio Assistant to help us create a peaceful and welcoming space for our guests.

Your main tasks:
•⁠  ⁠Welcome guests with a smile 😊
•⁠  ⁠Handle payments (cash & QR)
•⁠  ⁠Answer WhatsApp messages and emails
•⁠  ⁠Assist guests with bookings and class information
•⁠  ⁠Use our booking system (check-ins, reschedules, etc.)
•⁠  ⁠Set up and clean the studio (mats, bolsters, incense)

You are:
•⁠  ⁠Friendly, confident, and organized
•⁠  ⁠Speak and write *fluent English*
•⁠  ⁠Open to flexible hours (mornings/evenings)
•⁠  ⁠Ideally familiar with yoga or holistic spaces
