We are currently inviting accomplished and service-driven professionals to join our distinguished team as a Senior Yoga Instructor.

The Role
As a Senior Yoga Instructor at Pema Wellness Retreat, you will:
• Lead thoughtfully curated yoga sessions aligned with guest needs and wellness goals
• Create calm, grounding, and transformative experiences through mindful movement and breath
• Offer personalized guidance in both group and one-on-one settings
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, presence, and guest care
• Collaborate with the wider wellness and clinical team to support holistic retreat programs
• Uphold the values of luxury, discretion, and intuitive hospitality

What We’re Looking For
• Certified Yoga Instructor with senior-level teaching experience
• Strong foundation in alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement
• Experience in luxury resorts, retreats, or wellness environments preferred
• Polished, warm, and service-oriented demeanor
• Ability to connect deeply with guests and anticipate their needs
• Passion for delivering meaningful, memorable wellness experiences
