About the Studio
Join the founding team of the first premium Pilates studio in Damascus, offering a modern, classy environment with small group classes and state-of-the-art equipment. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a high-standard Pilates community from the ground up.

The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Pilates Instructor (Reformer & Mat) to lead classes and contribute to building studio operations, standards, and client experiences. You will play a key role in programming, scheduling, and training the local team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Pilates background, Reformer experience preferred
• Recognized certifications in Pilates
• Confident coach with leadership skills and excellent communication
• Open to relocating to Damascus (priority for candidates from Poland, Ukraine, or Eastern Europe)

Responsibilities

• Deliver Reformer & Mat Pilates sessions (group classes and private 1:1)
• Support studio operations and development of SOPs
• Assist in training and mentoring local team members
• Contribute to class programming and overall client experience
