About the Role
We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and professional Senior Pilates Instructor to join a high-end boutique Pilates studio in Kuwait. This role is suited for an instructor who excels in delivering premium Pilates sessions and enjoys taking on a leadership role. You will contribute to program development, mentor junior instructors, and uphold the studio’s high standards while supporting client progress and retention.

• Tax-free monthly salary of 900–1,000 KWD (approximately US$2,900–3,240)

Requirements

• Pilates certification
• English speaking (Conversational level)
• Experience in Cadillac, Barre, or Lagree is advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead Instruction
• Conduct private and group Pilates sessions using Reformer, Mat, and other Pilates equipment.
• Tailor programs to meet individual client needs, including those with injuries or specific goals.
• Ensure classes are engaging, safe, and aligned with the studio’s philosophy.

2. Mentorship and Team Support
• Mentor junior instructors by offering guidance, feedback, and training support.
• Lead internal workshops or training sessions to promote continued education.

3. Client Engagement and Retention
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
• Monitor client progress and adapt programs accordingly.
• Support studio events and community-building initiatives.

4. Studio Leadership
• Collaborate with studio management on class scheduling and program development.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards in the studio.

5. Professional Development
• Stay updated on Pilates industry trends, continuing education, and certifications.
• Represent the studio professionally at events, workshops, or public forums.
