Opportunity description
Maitreya is looking for a Sales Executive who understands that real sales go beyond sending quotes. This is a full-cycle international sales role for someone who can build relationships, navigate logistics, and confidently close deals.
About the Role
You will manage international B2B and D2C sales from first contact to final payment, working directly with buyers across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Maitreya designs and manufactures yoga mats, carpets, rugs, and yoga apparel that travel from the factory floor to customers worldwide. This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable owning the entire sales journey from sampling and negotiation through shipment and payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle international sales from initial enquiry to payment completion
- Work directly with global buyers across Europe, the US, and the Middle East
- Coordinate orders including sampling, negotiation, shipment, and logistics
- Build long-term relationships with international clients and partners
- Ensure smooth communication across WhatsApp, email, and trade platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B, manufacturing, or export sales
- Strong understanding of freight, logistics, and international payment terms
- Experience working with global clients and managing large orders
- Comfortable communicating across time zones and digital platforms
- A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on closing sales
