Job Description:An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team at The Tree Relaxation Retreat, a sanctuary for rest, renewal, and conscious living in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. We are looking for a lifestyle-oriented manager who values mindfulness, authenticity, and kindness in the workplace. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Edward and Clare to oversee and manage the full operation of The Tree.
• Embody and cultivate a calm, mindful work environment, inspiring harmony and conscious collaboration among staff.
• Ensure the highest standard of guest and staff experience across all areas of the retreat, both front and back of house.
• Oversee HR responsibilities, including creating and managing staff job lists, ensuring smooth operations, and providing coverage when needed.
• Lead recruitment, contracts, and staff development, including regular check-ins, group meetings, and disciplinary processes where necessary.
• Support continual business growth by delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining a welcoming retreat atmosphere.
• Develop, implement, and maintain staff training in alignment with ACAS guidance.
• Be hands-on and willing to participate in all aspects of retreat operations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures within the workplace.

Qualifications & Experience: Essential Experience:

• At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role, ideally in a retreat centre, wellness space, or hospitality environment.
• Strong background in operations, team leadership, and guest experience.
