Join an established, fully equipped Pilates studio in Forest Hill dedicated to therapeutic, body-inclusive movement. This is an opportunity for a skilled practitioner who values depth, precision, and meaningful client progression.

About the Role
You will deliver 2:1 personalised sessions and 4:1 small group Reformer classes within a studio equipped with Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Reformers, and small apparatus. The client base includes those returning to movement after illness or injury, as well as individuals seeking to deepen their Pilates practice. The culture is thoughtful, inclusive, and clinically informed. Shifts are available mornings, midday, evenings, and Saturdays. Morning and lunchtime shifts run as a minimum of two back-to-back sessions. Evenings and weekends run as a minimum of three.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach tailored 2:1 sessions with clinical awareness
• Lead small group 4:1 Reformer classes
• Support clients recovering from injury or managing health conditions
• Maintain high professional and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Comprehensive Pilates certification (APPI, Balanced Body, BASI, Polestar, Stott, Alan Herdman, or equivalent)
• Or Mat and Reformer certification with additional apparatus CPD
• Experience or strong interest in rehabilitation-focused work and clients 40+
• Valid liability insurance and First Aid certification
