A brand-new boutique Pilates studio in St Ives is seeking 2–3 dedicated Reformer instructors to join our launch team. This is an opportunity to teach intimate, high-quality classes in a supportive, professional environment while shaping a studio from the ground up.

About the Role
You will lead small group Reformer classes (max 8 clients) on state-of-the-art Merrithew machines in our beautifully designed second-floor studio. This freelance role offers a flexible schedule with consistent weekly slots, allowing you to share your expertise while building meaningful client connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging, and precise Reformer Pilates sessions
• Prepare studio and equipment for each class and maintain high standards of hygiene
• Guide clients of varying levels, offering modifications and support
• Foster a welcoming and professional studio environment
• Build relationships with clients to encourage consistent practice and community

• Fully qualified Reformer Pilates instructor
• Friendly, professional, and reliable with strong communication skills
• Passion for teaching small group classes with attention to detail
