About the Role
You will guide clients through expertly crafted Reformer Pilates sessions in a stylish, fully branded studio. The environment is supportive, professional, and vibrant perfect for instructors who thrive in a community-focused, women-only space. You’ll have the opportunity to teach regular classes, cover high-demand slots, and contribute to special events and studio-led activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging Reformer Pilates classes for all levels
• Cover weekday sessions, particularly Monday evenings and Tuesday afternoons/evenings
• Lead or assist with ad hoc events, workshops, and studio parties
• Maintain studio presentation, ensuring equipment and space are clean and welcoming
• Foster strong client connections and motivate members to achieve their goals

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor
• Experience teaching group classes and one-to-one sessions
• Professional, approachable, and able to inspire clients
• Flexible and reliable, able to cover scheduled sessions and events
• Enthusiastic about being part of a women-focused community
