Chilli Pilates is a growing network of 14 boutique Reformer studios across North London, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas, including Bushey, Hatch End, Pinner, Eastcote, Watford and St Albans. We're scaling the right way, with real investment in our instructors, our studios and the experience we create. 🌶️
We're hiring full-time Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our teaching team. You'll lead a full timetable of group classes across our studios, with six to eight weeks of paid training upfront so you start from a place of confidence in the Chilli method.
The right fit is a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor who wants a proper full-time role with stability, development and progression. Strong cueing, warm presence and a love for teaching in volume all matter here, as does the ability to thrive in a high-standards environment.
