We're a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Riyadh, and we're hiring. Our space is intentional, women-only, and designed as a sanctuary for mindful movement, strength, and balance, where classes are small, the intention is high, and every session feels considered. 🤎

We're looking for an experienced, heart-centred Reformer Pilates instructor to join our team. You'll be leading small-group Reformer (and Mat) classes with a focus on alignment, breath, and thoughtful progression, working with a community of women who want to move with purpose. We place real weight on quality over quantity, so you'll have the space to teach properly rather than rush through.

The right teacher is certified in Reformer (and ideally Mat) Pilates with solid studio teaching experience, confident cueing, and a warm, professional presence. You bring emotional intelligence to the mat, understand how to hold space for a group, and genuinely care about the long-term wellbeing of the women you teach. Arabic is a bonus but not required.

Package and benefits: Salary from SAR 12,000 (negotiable based on experience), 15 to 30% commission on private sessions and additional hours, potential performance-based bonuses, employment visa provided, relocation flight covered (if applicable), annual flight ticket, annual paid leave, comprehensive medical insurance, SAR 2,000 accommodation allowance, and education and development support.
