Fitness Exchange is seeking skilled Reformer Pilates instructors to join our boutique gym in Putney. This is an opportunity to teach high-quality classes in a supportive, professional environment while connecting with a dedicated community of clients.

About the Role
You will lead Reformer Pilates sessions for small groups, ensuring a safe, engaging, and dynamic experience. Our studio values precision, technique, and personalized instruction, offering an environment where instructors can grow their practice and build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Reformer Pilates classes at scheduled times: Thursdays 6:15 PM, Fridays 6:15 PM, Sundays 10:00 AM
• Provide clear, confident cueing and modifications for different ability levels
• Ensure the studio and equipment are maintained to high standards
• Foster a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all clients
• Support studio operations as needed, including class preparation and client communication

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Reformer Pilates instructor with experience teaching small group classes
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for client development and holistic wellness
• Ability to adapt sessions to meet individual needs
