This is more than a teaching role it’s an opportunity to help shape a studio from day one, creating a space where movement, wellness, and community flourish.

About the Role
You will guide Reformer Pilates sessions in a warm, welcoming environment while helping to build a studio culture rooted in connection and innovation. Our small, friendly team encourages instructors to bring their creativity and expertise to each class and to the broader studio experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Reformer Pilates sessions for all levels
• Ensure clients feel supported, challenged, and inspired
• Maintain studio standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment care
• Contribute ideas to programming and studio culture
• Engage with the community to foster a welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For

• Fully trained in Reformer Pilates with public liability insurance
• Passionate about innovation in movement and wellbeing
• Strong communication and class leadership skills
• Reliable, professional, and collaborative team player
• Excited to help grow a new studio from the ground up
