About the Role
You will lead small group sessions across Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, and Chair, helping clients improve strength, mobility, and confidence. The studios foster a close-knit, client-focused atmosphere, with an emphasis on quality instruction and personalised attention. You will be part of a motivated team dedicated to delivering an elevated Pilates experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach small group classes using Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, and Chair equipment
• Guide clients safely through strength-focused Pilates sessions
• Deliver high-quality, personalised instruction and support
• Contribute to a professional, welcoming studio environment

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Pilates Instructor, or committed to training on studio equipment
• Strong technical knowledge or willingness to upskill on studio apparatus
• Passionate about client results and engagement
• Professional, reliable, and collaborative team player
• Focused on delivering premium small group experiences
