About the role
You will deliver Reformer classes six days a week, leading up to five sessions per day in a beautifully designed, professional studio. The environment is welcoming, community-driven, and supportive. You will guide clients with precision, foster trust, and uphold the highest studio standards while building meaningful relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, safe, and technically precise Reformer classes
• Manage and schedule private training sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Build client rapport to support confidence, comfort, and retention

What we’re looking for

• STOTT-certified Reformer instructor (or equivalent internationally recognized certification)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage
• Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
• Warm, confident communicator with an inclusive approach

Compensation & benefits

• Tax-free salary of QAR 15,000 per month (approx. USD 4,120)
• 60% commission per private session
• Visa and medical insurance provided
• Paid annual leave and annual flights
• Relocation flight (for overseas hires)
• One month accommodation provided for overseas hires
