About the role
As a Full-Time Pilates Instructor, you will deliver private and group Mat and Reformer sessions to a high-end membership base. You’ll work within a state-of-the-art environment that blends movement, recovery, and holistic wellness under one roof. The standard is high. So is the expectation. You will be trusted to deliver safe, intelligent programming while upholding the club’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead professional Mat and Reformer sessions, including pre- and postnatal where qualified
• Deliver precise cueing, alignment correction, and intelligent progressions
• Design personalized programs and track client progress
• Maintain impeccable studio, equipment, and hygiene standards
• Support member retention through strong relationship-building

What we’re looking for

• Fully certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer & equipment) from a recognized institution (online-only certifications not accepted)
• 1–3 years of professional teaching experience
• Pre- and postnatal experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
• Polished, reliable, and committed to continuous development

Compensation & benefits

• Tax-free salary up to KWD 800 per month (approx. USD 2,600)
• 40% Personal Training commission
