A full-time opportunity is available for a qualified and passionate Female Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor to join a growing ladies-only studio in Arjan, Dubai. This role is ideal for an instructor who is committed to women’s wellness and enjoys creating a positive, empowering studio environment.

Role Overview
The instructor will deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions while fostering a supportive and uplifting experience for members. This position combines teaching excellence with community-building and studio collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, motivating, and well-structured Reformer and Mat Pilates classes
• Provide personalized guidance to clients of varying abilities
• Create a positive, professional, and welcoming class atmosphere
• Prepare class plans aligned with studio training standards
• Support general studio operations when required
• Participate in occasional events, workshops, and open house days
• Contribute to the development of a strong and empowered female community

Requirements

• Certification in Reformer & Mat Pilates Levels 1 and 2
• Minimum of 1 year experience teaching group classes (preferred)
• Professional, friendly, and passionate about women’s wellness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Female applicants only (ladies-only studio)
• Currently based in Dubai
