About the role
You will deliver exceptional Mat and Reformer Pilates classes across all levels, within a refined, client-focused studio setting. This role requires technical excellence, confidence teaching advanced clients, and a strong understanding of service within a luxury environment. You will play a key part in shaping member experience, retention, and studio culture from the outset.

Key responsibilities

• Teach Mat and Reformer classes for beginner to advanced levels
• Deliver private sessions with strong attention to safety and progression
• Maintain elevated client experience and studio standards
• Support membership engagement and long-term retention
• Represent the studio with professionalism and consistency

What we’re looking for

• Female instructor with minimum 5 years’ experience
• Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates (BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT, or equivalent)
• Confident teaching group classes and personal training
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Professional, approachable, and committed to high standards
