About the role
You will deliver a combination of Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, and yoga classes within a boutique studio environment. The role involves working closely with clients to create structured, effective sessions while contributing to a professional and welcoming studio culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Reformer, mat Pilates, and yoga classes to a high standard
• Ensure safe, effective programming with strong attention to form and alignment
• Create a consistent and engaging client experience
• Support day-to-day studio flow and operations
• Build relationships with clients and contribute to community growth

What we’re looking for

• Certified in Reformer Pilates, with additional Pilates or yoga qualifications
• Strong technical foundation and confident class leadership
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working full-time in a studio environment
• Passionate about delivering high-quality wellness experiences
