The Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in both front-desk operations and sales. Your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming clients and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Managing appointments, inquiries, and daily reception duties
• Promoting treatments and products with confidence and care
• Supporting sales through product recommendations and upselling
• Maintaining a warm, professional, and organized studio environment
Requirements
• Indonesian citizen
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience as a spa or studio receptionist
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional approach
What We Offer
• 5 working days per week, 8 hours per day, with 2 days off
• Salary: IDR 5 million
• 5% shared service charge
• 2% commission on product sales
