General Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• Background in wellness, retreat, or hospitality preferred
• Active English skills (spoken & written)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Positive personality and professional attitude
• Hard-working, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be Indonesian citizen or hold a valid work visa
• Able to join immediately
