What you’ll do
• Teach safe, engaging Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions for mixed levels (private and group)
• Build thoughtful programs tailored to individual needs and goals
• Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-friendly studio culture
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and client communication

What we’re looking for
• Certified Pilates Instructor (comprehensive or equivalent; Reformer experience preferred)
• 1+ year experience in a studio or boutique fitness setting (newly qualified with strong demo welcome)
• Excellent cueing, anatomical understanding, and client rapport
• Growth mindset, open to coaching and continuous learning
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
