At Grounded Spaces, we believe movement should feel good, make sense, and genuinely help people move through life with ease. We love functional movement, gentle encouragement, and the occasional “yes, shake is normal.”

The Role
We are looking for passionate:

• Pilates Mat Instructors
• Yoga Instructors

What We’re Looking For

• Trained in Pilates Matwork and/or Yoga (bonus if you also love strength training)
• Belief that movement is therapy, not punishment
• Ability to teach without over-correcting every tiny rib angle
• Comfortable simplifying concepts rather than complicating them
• A “movement optimist” — someone who helps people feel safe, capable, and encouraged

Extra Brownie Points If:

• You are certified in Prenatal & Postpartum
• You believe in community over ego
• You love animals and tea (it’s definitely a vibe here)
