We're Core & Flow, a growing Pilates community in the North of England, built on high standards, thoughtful teaching, and classes that genuinely make people feel supported and seen. As we expand, we're looking for an experienced instructor who cares as much about people as they do about precision.

We're hiring a Lead Instructor someone who will still teach, but more importantly, will mentor our team, support recruitment and onboarding, and help set the standard for what a Core & Flow class should feel like. You'll work closely with the founders to maintain the level of quality we’re known for.

Your days will include developing instructors, delivering internal trainings, leading workshops, observing classes, and being a trusted presence across multiple studios. This role is for someone who notices the details, naturally coaches others, and cares deeply about the experience students have in the room.

You’ll be a great fit if you're an experienced Pilates instructor (minimum 1000 hours teaching + education), other teachers come to you for advice, and you’ve felt frustrated working in places where standards weren’t high enough. You don’t need a previous “lead” title you just need leadership qualities and a desire to be part of the business as it grows.
