Calling all passionate Pilates instructors to join our studio in the south of Sri Lanka by the beach!

What we’re looking for

• No prior experience required — we welcome beginners and career-changers
• A genuine love of people and of learning
• A team-player attitude and willingness to support studio operations
• Professionalism, reliability, and a warm welcoming presence

Hours & responsibilities

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (includes scheduled teaching plus studio support during operating hours)
• Teach scheduled Pilates classes and offer excellent client care
• Support day-to-day studio operations (equipment care, client check-in, light upkeep)
• Help build a positive, inclusive community atmosphere
