ilu move is a growing Pilates and movement studio in Switzerland, dedicated to helping clients move better, improve strength, and enhance wellbeing. Our mission is to create a supportive, learning-focused environment where instructors and clients alike can thrive.

The Role
ilu move is seeking passionate Pilates Instructors to join our team for both group classes and private sessions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional, client-focused environment with like-minded movement enthusiasts.

Group Class Instructors – Requirements

• Pilates Certification (Reformer)
• Extensive knowledge in teaching movement
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Friendly, welcoming, dedicated, open-minded, and fun personality
• Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset
• Bonus: Familiarity with Balanced Body equipment
• Valid Swiss work permit

Private Session Instructors – Requirements

• Pilates Certification (Full Apparatus)
• Experience teaching clients with injuries or pathologies
• Bonus: Experience with pre- and postnatal clients
• Extensive knowledge in teaching movement
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Friendly, welcoming, dedicated, open-minded, and fun personality
• Bonus: Familiarity with Balanced Body equipment
• Valid Swiss work permit
