Fit Staff Recruitment Agency is seeking a passionate and experienced Male Pilates Instructor to join a premium Pilates studio located in the heart of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance their career in a luxury fitness environment.

• Tax-free basic monthly salary: up to US$ 3,500 (approximately 13,140 SAR)
• Commission/Bonus:
  • 15% on PT classes up to 40 per month
  • 25% on PT classes above 40 per month

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Minimum 3 years of Pilates instruction experience
• Language: Fluent English (required); Arabic (optional)
• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer, Chair and/or Clinical Pilates); additional yoga certifications are a plus
• Proven experience in boutique or luxury fitness environments, handling group and private classes
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to engage with diverse clientele
• Growth mindset with commitment to personal and professional development
• Energetic, charismatic team player with flexibility and a collaborative approach

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct engaging Pilates classes for both groups and individuals, offering personalized cues and motivation
• Design tailored exercise programs based on clients’ goals and needs
• Ensure studio cleanliness, readiness, and proper equipment setup before and after sessions
• Demonstrate safe and effective use of Pilates equipment while ensuring correct form and technique
• Guide clients through stretching routines to improve posture, flexibility, and overall wellness
• Manage class schedules, calendars, and client communications
• Observe clients closely to correct form and prevent injuries
• Lead both mat and reformer-based classes suitable for various skill levels in a motivating and inclusive environment
