About the Role
As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead both Mat and Reformer sessions for private clients and groups, creating structured, progressive classes that reflect strong technical foundations. The studio environment is professional, welcoming, and focused on results. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, presentation, and client care while building meaningful relationships that support long-term progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Mat and Reformer classes for varying levels and goals
• Design progressive, well-structured class plans
• Provide clear instruction and tailored modifications
• Maintain a clean, safe studio and ensure equipment standards
• Build strong client relationships and support ongoing development

What We’re Looking For

• Comprehensive Pilates certification from a recognized program
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience
• Experience teaching both Mat and Reformer preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and Pilates principles
• Professional communicator with a positive, client-focused presence

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free salary: 7,000–10,000 QAR per month
