About the Role
As a Pilates instructor at Hey! Pilates Bali, you will lead classes for clients of all levels while supporting a collaborative, growth-focused studio culture. Our space is designed to inspire movement and connection, offering a platform for instructors to mentor, innovate, and contribute to the studio’s development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and safe Pilates sessions for small groups
• Guide clients with precise instruction and attention to alignment
• Support studio operations and assist in creating a welcoming environment
• Mentor and inspire junior instructors or trainees where applicable
• Contribute ideas for class formats, workshops, and community events

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Pilates instructor (Global Pilates Institute certification preferred)
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1+ year of experience is a plus
• Passionate, professional, and committed to client experience
• Team-oriented with an interest in studio growth and mentoring
• Willing to work on-site in Jimbaran, Bali
