An experienced Operations Manager is now being sought to support daily operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience across all departments.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the efficiency, performance, and service standards of the fitness, wellness, and restaurant divisions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to maintain smooth operational flow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across gym, wellness services, and restaurant
• Supervise and support staff, ensuring high performance and service consistency
• Implement and maintain operational procedures and quality standards
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and cross-department coordination
• Handle customer experience concerns and support service recovery
• Monitor facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team development
• Contribute to ongoing growth initiatives and brand development

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a similar operations role (Gym/Wellness background preferred)
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and high-volume operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
