We are looking for a manager to lead the operations teams at our center in Longeval, France!
The Operations Manager oversees the center’s functioning to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across various departments.
This position is the engine for furthering our spiritual aspirations and mission, ensuring that activities align with the Hridaya Vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day functioning of our retreat center.
- Project Oversight: Manage all inter-team projects across various timelines.
- Prioritization of Operational Tasks: Oversee various projects simultaneously and discern project priorities.
- Project Management: Delegate tasks to relevant teams.
- Team Management: Directly manage and regularly work with teams in various departments to maintain strong relationships and continuously improve systems and processes.
- External Relations: Identify, manage, and oversee external partners.
